Short Course Workout Schedule
Location - Dimple Dell Pool
Senior Team Swim - Monday thru Friday 3:00-4:30 p.m.
Age Group Dryland - Monday thru Friday 4:00-4:30 p.m.
Age Group Swim - Monday thru Friday 4:30-6:00 p.m.
Long Course Workout Schedule
Location - Draper Pool
Senior Team Swim - Monday thru Friday 7:00-9:00 a.m.
Age Group Swim - Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Age Group Swim - Tuesday & Thursday 7:00-9:00 a.m.
